A lot of queer and trans people move through Pride Month carrying anxiety about safety, harassment, boundaries, or simply being alone in public spaces. This workshop is about building confidence, practicing skills, and feeling more supported in your body and community. PAC trainers Nuna and Clara were so pleased to teach with a group of women from @mainecommunityintegration , with whom Nuna has been offering yoga classes for over a year.
