Our Mission

Prevention. Action. Change. is a Maine-based organization dedicated to preventing violence before it happens. We offer trauma-informed trainings in Empowerment Self-Defense, de-escalation, bystander intervention, and community safety.

We believe everyone deserves to feel safe in their body and in their community. Our work centers those most impacted by harm.
