It's May! Time for another Drop-In ESD Class!

We were thrilled to send Clara and Nuna, a PAC instructor, to present and attend @maine_family_planning ’s 18th Annual Comprehensive Sexuality Education Conference this week. We are glad to share microagression awareness and prevention skills, and to work alongside sexual education educators from around the state.

Come together for a fun and challenging afternoon! THIS SUNDAY, April 28th from 12 - 3 PM we are teaching an Empowerment Self Defense Level 1 Class at The Portland Yoga Project.
